• It's not known how CURTIDOS PINÓS began, although it appears to have been founded around the beginning of the last century.
In 1991, M. Carmen Vidal took over running the company, who comes from a family with more than five generations of experience in leather tanning. In 1995, due to market demands and in order to better serve our foreign and domestic wholesale clients, the JORGENS VIDAL, S.L. company was founded. The company is currently led by Marc Ingo Jörgens, of German nationality, who is from a city with ancient leather tanning traditions.

• During its early years, CURTIDOS PINÓS only offered shoe repair, orthopaedic shoes and professional shoe cleaning and shining services for the city of Barcelona. The leather workers came along later, who were interested in the tool, accessories and leathers that were also used to repair shoes. Nowadays, however, we mostly sell and create jewellery and costume jewellery. We're interested in the wide range of cords, straps and braided cords from leather, rubber, waxed cotton and a large number of other items for bracelets and pendants.
